Ms. Kuchler has more than 25 years of experience in business consulting, change management, executive coaching and operations management. She established CEO Think Tank®, a community of peer CEOs in 2001 to support business leaders in developing and implementing business and life strategies. Doug Mr. Diamond, a Wharton School Graduate, has been in the trenches, increasing sales as President of a small business more than 300. After successfully selling the business, he opted to use his expertise to help other small business owners. Both presenters are certified Gazelle’s coaches, trained specifically to implement this program.
